We are centrally located in Clintonville just off Route 71 at the Cooke Road exit.
From the North: Take Rt. 71 South to the Cooke Road exit. Turn Right at the bottom of the ramp. Take an immediate Left on Indianola Avenue and we are the first building on the Left. You'll see our sign.
From the South: Take Rt 71 North to the Cooke Road exit. Turn Left at the bottom of the ramp. Turn Left on Indianola Avenue. We are the first building on the Left. You'll see our sign.
COTA: The bus stops just North and South of our building for a short 3 minute walk to the practice.
